No, PCW520BT has been discontinued. The replacement unit is our PCW530B 8 bit version.

2. Do you have PCI arcnet card ?

Yes, we do have PCI version, but it is a speical order item. You need to contact our sales representive for additional informaiton.

3. Is your 8 Port Arcnet hubs supports standard arcnet card ?

Yes, our 8 port arcnet hubs is a non intelligent arcnet hub. It replicates arcent signals to rest of arcnet ports.

4. Does PCW530B supports Windows 98, Me, 2000, and XP operating system ?

No, our PCW530B is based on SMC 90C66 chipset. It only supports legacy operating system such as DOS, Novell and Windows 95. It will not work under newer Windows operating system.

5. Can I use PCW530B as direct the replacment for my existing arcnet card ?

Yes, you can direct replace it if your existing arcnet card is usine SMC 90C66 chipset. Otherwise, you need to find out from you software manufacture for compatibility issue with SMC 90C66 chipset.

Yes, we do accept Fortune 1000 company.

No, we do not accept credit card for International Order. We only accept bank wire transfer as method of payment for International Order.

7. How long do you need to wait for bank wire transfer to clear ?

It varies from bank to bank. Typically domestic bank write transfer need at lease 2 days to clear and the International bank wire transfer need at lease 4 to 7 business days to clear.
